- Added VX20 softmenu (right-click on virtual wing LCD to toggle).
- Add user preferences dialog and several associated new features:
"Auto load last show". "Save/restore playback state" & "Snap-restore playback". "Programmer release intensity first". "Start cuelist edit blind/live". "Connect fader for cuelist edit". (aka Channel Controller). "Programmer follow selected playback". (aka Channel Controller). "Mask intensity when recording presets". "Programmer controls display unit number". "Ignore GM/DBO". "Trackball & mouse sensitivity".
- Added Record Cue-only (with dynamic run-time calculation).
- Implemented Remainder Dim.
- Added default cuelist player options (set/reset via control booth context menu)
- Clarity now runs in fully functional demo mode when no dongle is available, with occasional DMX blackouts.
- Added a 'Keep FX' button to the palette window (so that non-dynamic freesets & freesets don't displace existing dynamics).
- Added 'Combine Dynamics' context menu for presets, to allow dynamic presets to be layered on top of existing effects (and by recording the result to another preset, this can be further nested).
- Added -tbslave cmdline option (and separate start menu shortcut) to automatically configure Tracking Back-up computer to 'connect to master' on startup, and to auto-reconnect when connection lost.
- Implemented Basic MIDI control ('Simple MIDI').
Improvements
- Uninstall information added to Control Panel (Programs and Features, Add/Remove Programs).
- Edit, Save and Save-as are now undo-able via the control booth.
- The Command Line is now available in all windows (excluding patch).
- Implemented custom styling instead of style sheet.
- Mouse gearing employed on all parameter and timing widgets.
- Most file dialogs are now non-native (native dialogs inhibit wing communications).
- Added auto reset on loss of widget/wing heartbeat (plus associated user pref to enable/disable).
- Tweaked display of fixture names & width of name area for parameter & timing widgets.
- Fixed: levels window displays 'Copy of {list name}' when editing {list name} (now says Edit: {list name}).
- Many stability improvements.
Bug fixes
- Issue #345 fixed: Clear highlight/lowlight is broken.
- Issue #357 fixed: Pixel sources do not work after creating a new source immediately after deleting an old matrix.
- Issue #361 fixed: Editing a cue/cuelist invalidates-interferes with the control booth's undo history (and will crash if undo is performed).
- Issue #370 fixed: Low priority cuelists don't work correctly.
- Issue #390 fixed: Pile-add freesets don't work.
- Issue #391 fixed: Activating pile-add preset knocks out existing static levels.
- Issue #394 fixed: VX wing local menu (Function + Select) does not display correctly.
- Issue #410 fixed: Intensities tab causes severe CPU drain when fx active on many channels.
- Issue #412 implemented: Add a product key field in the about dialog.
- Issue #416 fixed: Virtual wing display on Mac obscures modal dialogs.
- Issue #420 fixed: Repeated tapping of the Tap to Tempo in Performance Window will occasionally release the playback.
- Issue #421 fixed: Changing "Lock to Tempo" on an active chase in Control Booth window messes up chase timing - now the chase is forcibly released.
