Hi all, i was just wondering if there is a way to make a dynamic work in conjunction with the programmer.
What i mean is for example, i just created a dynamic for some led's with just a green wave going through them (simple sin waveshape full fan) and what i was hoping to do was say if i have all the led's on blue i can then click the effect and it would combine the 2, so blue with a cyan wave through it, however this didnt happen and the effect took control and completely removed the blue. I may have just done something wrong, but i dont know. Cheers. Hamish -------------------- Hamish McConchie

Hi Hamish,
If I've understood you correctly then yes, this is easily doable. Whenever you touch a colour or position parameter the programmer grabs the related parameters - so in your case when you setup your green wave it also grabbed default values for red and blue. All you need to do before recording the freeset is to go the the attributes tab and clear the values for red and blue (click on the respective title and select 'clear red' etc.). The freeset/preset that is then recorded will only contain green and won't touch red or blue when it is applied. Hope that helps, Nick -------------------- OpenClear Pty Ltd
