I had a problem this week that I have not seen before
DMX Output A on the VX20 worked fine Outputs B C & D all sent a pulse through the data lines as if they were not outputting data correctly. I tried all different combination's to fix it nothing worked I pulled out the VX10 and used its DMX outputs for my second universe and the problem was gone I have just done the latest firmware update the problem still exists I think this is a hardware issue with my VX20 wing Has anyone else had a similar issue? Hi Peter,
We had a similar issue reported out of Europe late last week. The problem appears to be limited to VX20 wings and Clarity for Mac. Our R&D guys are already on to the problem and we will get a fix out ASAP. In the meantime use the VX10 outputs or Art-Net to workaround the issue. -------------------- Regards

Thanks Richie
I did as you suggest and just used the VX10 and its rock solid I was starting to think it was hardware related but the VX20 has been rock solid so Im glad to hear its just a bit of a code goat. Look forward to getting the fix Pete -------------------- |
